Note. Resolution rule (recovered from the swept 81f92e74 collision note): a qa_sidecar / pipeline-walk / {127.38} citation means DR-086a; a citation-base / repo-visibility / id-163 citation means DR-086b. ~95 live sites use the bare form. That note also claimed “the next fresh number is DR-087” — already false when written, since DR-087 had existed for four days, which is how the DR-087 burn happened.
