The [id] route re-keys to a form_instance detail (no roll-up, no child-forms list; keeps tender-docs + question-stats); templates/route.ts (list/create) retires outright; the [templateId] detail + field-CRUD routes re-path onto [id]/fields/*; the workflow-state transition consolidates into the [id] PATCH. Surviving [templateId]-pathed routes are deliberate: fill (landed earlier, not re-scoped), completions/[completionId]/download (re-keyed in place), and auto-map — their templateId segment now binds form_instances.id.
