Platform navigation is the zone-grouped IA Applications | Knowledge | Governance plus utilities (Home, global search box, Settings). Corpus surfaces live in the Knowledge zone with role-uniform labels Search / Answers / External sources / Concepts; live application_types live in Applications; curation surfaces live in Governance. All three nav surfaces (site-header desktop + mobile drawer + command-palette) render from the single-source registry components/shell/nav-config.ts — one registry edit moves all three. (Corrected S499: the original entry claimed “there is no shared nav registry” — a point-in-time spec finding promoted to a rule; the same task then built the registry.)
