DR-079 — OKF bundle doctrine: four bundle classes, two production paths, per-class gates

The OKF bundle surface is governed by the ratified bundle doctrine (initiatives/core-product/knowledge-base-foundations/okf-platform/bundle-doctrine.md, the implement-okf substrate doc): FOUR bundle classes (client business / system baseline bl-465 / showcase / internal dev bl-478), each with its own owner, production path, gate, cadence and type set; TWO named production paths (refinery-gated for evidence-derived client business knowledge; direct producer with a born-evaluable gate — eval round-trip + CI regeneration + §9, interim human sign-off until wired — for platform system knowledge); composition is separate-sibling — repo = ownership unit, bundle = knowledge-scope unit, deployment mount = consumption union under OKF_BUNDLE_ROOT.
