Base namespace {authority}/base#, per-client {authority}/client/<slug># (bl-457 / IRI-PROJECTION.md). w3id.org chosen as a permanent-identifier service — IRI permanence is decoupled from aisolutionhub’s DNS tenure, the property that matters for citation-pin-class irreversible IRIs; the IRI is an identifier, not a runtime-resolved URL. A one-time w3id GitHub PR registering /canonical/ remains an owner-side prerequisite before the FIRST published client-bundle mint (code carries the now-ratified value; the {132.43} “OQ-1 UNRATIFIED PLACEHOLDER” comment is retired via the {132.44} rider).
